The order showed up without any issues, and the quality is actually decent, which was a pleasant surprise. That said, the color was lighter than it looked in the photos online, so it didn’t quite match what I had in mind. It’s not the end of the world, but I do wish it looked a bit closer to the pictures. Giving it 3 stars since it’s okay, just not exactly what I expected.

I ordered a couple things from oeufnyc.com, they were really cute when they arrived. The fabric felt soft, the fit was nice, and I was happy with them at first.

But washing them was frustrating, and no, I didn’t just toss them in carelessly. I followed the tag instructions, but one piece still shrunk more than I expected and another came out a little misshapen. For the price, I feel like they should hold up better after a normal wash.

I really wanted to like this because it does look nice and fits the room well, but for the price I expected it to hold up better. After just a few months, it’s already starting to feel wobbly, and we haven’t been rough with it at all. I also tried dealing with customer support and got stuck with one of those automated systems that just makes everything more annoying. Overall, it’s fine if you just care about looks, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again

I reached out to Oeuf about my order and got basically nothing back. I waited a few days, sent another message, and still didn’t get any kind of helpful update.

For what they charge, I really expected at least a quick reply or some kind of status update. It feels like once they have your money, you’re just stuck sitting there wondering what’s going on. Like, make it make sense. Super frustrating.

I ordered from Oeuf NYC because the items looked really cute, and they are, but the shipping was much slower than I expected.
For a while there wasn’t much of an update, so I kept having to check on it myself. For the price, I assumed things would move faster or at least be communicated better.

They do have some really cute pieces, and I could see it being worth it if you’re shopping for a special occasion or something unique. But for everyday stuff, the prices felt steep. The quality was fine, just not as nice as I expected for what I paid. I liked the style, but I probably wouldn’t buy again unless there was a sale

I really liked the style when it arrived, and the material seemed decent for the price. My kid was excited to try it on too, which is always a good sign. After messing with it a bit, though, we realized the fit was tighter than expected, so I’d probably size up next time.

I wanted to like this because it does look cute, but it was stiff and uncomfortable the whole day. I feel like if something is meant to be worn for hours, it should at least feel decent on your body. Sadly, this just didn’t.

I had to return a sweater and the process itself was straightforward. I think I just hit them at a bad time because everything took a little longer than I expected. Customer service did get back to me, just not super quickly. I got my refund in the end, so it worked out...

I really like the look of Oeuf, and some of the materials do seem like a step up from typical fast furniture (which is why I was interested in the first place). But the sustainability info on the site felt a bit vague to me, with more nice-sounding statements than actual details.

I couldn’t find much in the way of clear numbers around sourcing, factory standards, or shipping impact. Maybe it’s there and I just missed it (totally possible), but at these prices I expected the transparency to be a little stronger...

This broke way sooner than I expected. The product description made it sound a lot better than it actually was, but you know how those polished company blurbs can be. In real use, it just didn’t hold up.
